Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
The item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all original components
Returns are not accepted for:
Items damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling
Products returned without original packaging or proof of delivery
Personalized or customized products (if applicable)
How to Request a Return
Email us at [email protected] with your order details and photos showing the issue (if applicable)
Our support team will respond within 48 hours to guide you through the return process
If your return is approved, we will arrange for return pickup or advise on the nearest return method based on your location
Return Shipping
If the return is due to an error on our part ( wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost
In all other cases, customers are responsible for return shipping
Refund Process
Since we operate on cash on delivery only, all refunds are issued as:
